This Privacy Policy explains how internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"), operator of TurkiyeListings.com (the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, company name, email address, phone number, password, business address, country.
- Listing data: product/service descriptions, prices, images, category selections, and any content you choose to publish.
- Payment data: processed by our third-party payment provider(s); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies (see Section 5).
- Communication data: messages sent through the Platform's contact/inquiry forms between Buyers and Sellers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account and listings;
- To process payments for listings and membership packages;
- To facilitate communication between Buyers and Sellers;
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, listing status, payment receipts);
- To improve, secure and maintain the Platform;
- To comply with legal obligations under Turkish and applicable international law.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (KVKK / GDPR)
We process your personal data on the basis of: (a) performance of the contract between you and TurkiyeListings when you register or publish a listing; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Platform; (c) your explicit consent where required (for example, for marketing communications); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors, strictly to complete transactions;
- Hosting and IT infrastructure providers, to operate the Platform;
- Buyers or Sellers, limited to the information necessary to facilitate an inquiry you initiate (e.g., your contact details shown to a Seller when you submit a contact form);
- Public authorities, where required by law.
5. Cookies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality (such as login sessions), remember your preferences, and analyze site usage (e.g., Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

The Platform is intended for business use by adults acting on behalf of a company. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
