TurkiyeListings.com (the "Platform") is a business-to-business (B2B) listing directory operated by internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., registered in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. This page explains the scope of our role and the limits of our responsibility.
1. We Are a Directory, Not a Seller
TurkiyeListings does not manufacture, own, sell, price, warehouse, package, inspect or ship any product or service listed on the Platform. Every listing is created, published and maintained by the advertising company ("Seller"). All product descriptions, specifications, certifications, prices, minimum order quantities, images and claims are the sole responsibility of the Seller who published them.
2. No Verification Guarantee
While we may perform basic checks on company registration information at the time of listing approval, TurkiyeListings does not independently verify, test, certify or guarantee the accuracy of any claim made in a listing, including but not limited to product quality, origin, certifications (e.g., ISO, CE, Halal, organic), production capacity, or a company's financial standing or legal status. Buyers are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence — including requesting samples, certificates, factory audits, and references — before entering into any commercial agreement.
3. Not a Party to Transactions
TurkiyeListings is not a party to, and does not participate in, negotiate, guarantee, insure or enforce any transaction, contract, purchase order, payment or shipment arranged between a Buyer and a Seller through the Platform. Any dispute regarding price, quality, delivery, payment or any other term of a transaction is solely between the Buyer and the Seller.
4. Third-Party Content & Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or content (including company websites, social media, or external certification bodies) that are not owned or controlled by TurkiyeListings. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
5. Export Controls & Regulatory Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of the Seller to ensure that any listed product or service complies with applicable Turkish export regulations, international sanctions, and the import regulations of the Buyer's destination country, including obtaining any required licenses, permits, or certifications (e.g., phytosanitary certificates, defense-industry export licenses). TurkiyeListings does not review listings for export-control compliance and disclaims all liability arising from a Seller's or Buyer's failure to comply with such regulations.
6. Health, Safety & Regulatory Claims
Where a listing includes claims related to health, cosmetic, food-grade, or medical use, such claims are made solely by the Seller. TurkiyeListings does not endorse, evaluate or guarantee any such claim, and Buyers should independently verify relevant certifications and regulatory approvals required in their own jurisdiction before purchase or import.
7. No Warranty
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. and TurkiyeListings.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, reliance on any listing, or any transaction with a Buyer or Seller, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listing content, or your breach of these terms.
