These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TurkiyeListings.com (the "Platform"), operated by internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., a company registered in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What TurkiyeListings Is
TurkiyeListings is a business-to-business (B2B) listing directory that connects Turkish manufacturers, producers, exporters and service providers ("Sellers") with buyers, importers and distributors worldwide ("Buyers"). We do not manufacture, sell, own, inspect, warehouse or ship any product or service listed on the Platform. We are not a party to, and do not participate in, any transaction, negotiation, contract or agreement made between a Seller and a Buyer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to represent the company or business on whose behalf you are registering. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company.
3. Listings & Content
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the content they publish, including product descriptions, prices, specifications, certifications, images and company information. TurkiyeListings does not verify, guarantee or endorse the accuracy of any listing content, and reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, edit, suspend or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including listings that appear misleading, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Fees & Payments
Certain features of the Platform, including publishing listings and corporate membership packages, require payment of fees as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted and charged in accordance with the pricing shown at checkout. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider(s); TurkiyeListings does not store your full payment card details.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or export-controlled goods without the required licenses and authorizations;
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Turkish or international law, including export control and sanctions regulations.
6. No Guarantee of Transactions
TurkiyeListings does not guarantee that any Buyer will contact any Seller, that any transaction will be completed, or that any Seller or Buyer will fulfill their obligations to the other party. Buyers are strongly encouraged to independently verify a company's legitimacy, certifications, and reputation before entering into any commercial agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, logo, branding and underlying software are the property of internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent. Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload but grant TurkiyeListings a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce and distribute that content on and in connection with the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurkiyeListings and internetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, any listing, or any transaction between a Buyer and a Seller. 9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or that such action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Afyonkarahisar, Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local protections that may apply to you under your own country's law.
